New Paypal Account sign-up is fully free, Before sign up to new PayPal account decide which type of PayPal account you need.
PayPal offers three types of account…
[A].) Personal Account
[B]. Premier Account
[C]. Business Account
To sign-up a Free PayPal Account you Just need A valid email Id, Credit card (If you have no credit card then Use Virtual Credit Card (VCC))- to enhance your withdrawal limit, Bank account to receive payments and Must be your age 18+.
Now to get a free PayPal account you type, www.paypal.com in your address bar of your browser and hit enter or click this PayPal link to go directly to PayPal home page.
Follow these steps to Sign-Up Free PayPal Account…..
[1]. In PayPal home page click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.
[2]. On next page select your country from selection drop down.
[3]. Select Account as per your choice and click Get Started button.
Note: For this example demonstration Premier Account is selected.
[4]. Enter your all required personal information and finally click “I agree, create my account” button.

[5]. Open up The e-mail address you have entered for your new PayPal Account. Now open the new welcome message from PayPal, you will find a link to activate your account. Click it and finally you are the proud owner of Free PayPal Premier Account.
[6]. Your next step will be login your PayPal account with your e-mail id and password to view your “My Account” screen. This page shows you all of your account activity. Now you will see your account status is “Unverified”. Now your next step is become a verified member to avail benefits of your PayPal Account.
