You need to notify the VCC seller from whom you have bought this VCC for an expuse number (4-digit PayPal code) within 24 hours, which you have to enter in your paypal account to complete the verification. In general, VCC seller will automatically mail you when expuse number (4-digit PayPal code) will available to them.
[10]. Open up your email account where you have received your expuse number (4-digit PayPal code).
[11]. Log-in to your PayPal Account.
[12]. Click on My Account tab and then Click on the Unverified Link.
[13]. Now you carefully enter your Expuse number (4-digit PayPal code) details, which you have received in your e-mail so copy and paste it in the area of “Enter your 4-digit PayPal code”.
[14]. Click Send button.
Congratulations, you have successfully verified your PayPal Account with your Virtual Credit Card (VCC).
