How An Ad Agency Business Works
Your client makes contact with you and requests design on a specific job. You complete the job and submit to the client for his/her approval. If the client is happy and does not request any changes, you then book ads on his/her behalf if it’s an advertising job or contract the printing to a printer if it’s a printing job.
Your client pays you a fee for these services. Some publications offer a discount if the material is done by an advertising agency. If this is the case, then the discount portion becomes your fee.
