User Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Online Jobs Mentor provides its services. This Agreement describes the user’s rights and obligations when using these services. The User should read it carefully and make sure he/she understands these terms and conditions. Online Jobs Mentor may change terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
Use of any service provided by Online Jobs Mentor means that the User accepts all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The parties to this Agreement are Online Jobs Mentor and the User.
Terms and Conditions
1.) Definition of terms.
“Online Jobs Mentor” is the trademark and the name of the system owned by Online Jobs Mentor, accessible via Internet through the interface located at http://www.onlinejobsmentor.com/.
“User” is any visitor to the website http://www.onlinejobsmentor.com/, who uses any services provided by Online Jobs Mentor at his/her own free will.
“E-currency” is a non-interest bearing instrument, designed to circulate as a media of exchange.
“Accepted e-currency” is any e-currency listed at http://www.onlinejobsmentor.com/ for which Online Jobs Mentor provides its services.
“Payment” is the transfer of electronic or conventional currency from the payer to the payee.
“Payment method” is any of the means of funds transfer listed at http://www.onlinejobsmentor.com/, including e-currency to e-currency transfer, cash to e-currency, e-currency to cash transfer.
2.) Online Jobs Mentor provides services of
Exchanging of one accepted e-currency type for another.
Selling of accepted e-currency to the User,
Buying of accepted e-currency from the User. Certain restrictions may apply to particular operation types as listed at http://www.onlinejobsmentor.com/.
3.) Online Jobs Mentor renders its services to any User of any e-currency system supported by the system.
4.) By using services provided by Online Jobs Mentor, the User confirms that:
The source and origin of funds and e-currencies involved in the transactions he/she orders are legal and do not fall under any local or international legal restrictions.
The User is authorized and has legal power to move the funds and e-currencies engaged in the transaction he/she orders.
5.) The information given by the user during the fulfillment of his/her order is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties, unless requested to do so by law by appropriate authorities or by the administration of one of the payment systems involved.
6.) Online Jobs Mentor reserves the right to require the User to confirm his/her identity in order to verify that he/she does not break conditions. If the User fails to comply with verification requirements, his/her order may be declined at the sole discretion of Online Jobs Mentor.
7.) If in order to complete a transaction Online Jobs Mentor requires that the User’s banking accounts involved in it must be verified, and the User confirms the order, it means that he/she understands and agrees at his/her own free will that :
the verification procedure may include gathering personal information and enquiries about his/her rights, legal power and authorization to access and control this banking account;
these actions do not violate his/her privacy;
the decision if verification succeeds or fails is taken by Online Jobs Mentor at its sole discretion and is not subject to discussion or reviewing.
8.) Transactions effected by Online Jobs Mentor are irrevocable. These transactions comply with the terms of service of the involved e-currency systems.
9.) E-currency systems are solely responsible for their users’ assets entrusted to them. Online Jobs Mentor service is no party to the agreement between an e-currency system and its user and in no case will be held liable for any misuse of any e-currency system. The rights and obligations of the user and the e-currency system are governed exclusively by the terms of service of the respective system.
10.) Online Jobs Mentor does not verify whether the sender and the receiver of e-currency or funds engaged in the transaction are the same entity or individual, but in no way Online Jobs Mentor is responsible for interrelations between the sender and the receiver, does not act as intermediary and does not provide escrow services.
11.) The User/ customers of Online Jobs Mentor e-currency services agrees that Online Jobs Mentor is only liable for the amount of funds involved in the transaction.
12.) Online Jobs Mentor provides its services “as is” and denies any other implied, express, or legislated warranties. Online Jobs Mentor disavows any other obligation to the User.
13.) Online Jobs Mentor acts as a principal and as such it engages in transactions with the User on its own behalf. Exchange rates and fees are established by Online Jobs Mentor and viewed only when e-currency order is submitted at its website. These rates may be changed at the sole discretion of Online Jobs Mentor.
14.) Any fees or obligations related to the use of any e-currency system are considered to be the User’s sole responsibility.
15.) Online Jobs Mentor shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders or payments due to events beyond its control, including the events related to the payment systems.
16.) The User is subject to all local, municipal, state, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations. The User agrees that his activities shall not violate any of these laws or regulations.
17.) The User’s rights to use the Service are individual. The User agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express consent of Online Jobs Mentor.
18.) Any tax consequences of Online Jobs Mentor transactions are the sole responsibility of the User.
Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Online Jobs Mentor harmless against any claim brought against Online Jobs Mentor by a third party resulting from Customer’s use of Online Jobs Mentor payment services in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by Online Jobs Mentor in consequence of Customers non observance or breach of these terms and conditions.
Amendments
User(s) agrees that this agreement may be updated, amended or clauses changed without prior notice to the User(s).
